International Legal English is a
course for law students or newly-qualified lawyers who need to
use English in their legal work or studies. Suitable also
for self-study, the course prepares learners for using English in
different areas of law environment and is divided into five semesters.
The following legal topics are covered during the 3rd semester [3/5] of this course:
- Contracts | assignment and third party rights : privity of contract / confer rights / impose duties / third – party beneficiary
- Employment law : terms and conditions of employment / termination of employment
- Sale of goods : sale of goods legislation / terms and conditions of sale / retention of title
