The course aims at developing productive and receptive skills as well as language subsystems. Students are to practise listening, speaking, reading and writing skills through a variety of tasks, such as discussions, presentations, reading comprehension texts, listening comprehension tasks and writing activities. Special attention is also devoted to English grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. The topis chosen for this course are related to history, education, philosophy, arts and culture.
